Chosen among the country’s top student journalists for a three-week journalism camp in NYC. The program is in partnership with The CUNY School of Journalism and teaches students under the guidance of past and present NYT staff.

Pitched and worked on an enterprise piece on how the construction of a new soccer stadium is neglecting the needs of the residents of the Bronx who face one of the highest rates of homelessness in the nation.

Conducted research and interviewed residents of the Bronx as well as major corporations involved in the construction and funding of a professional soccer stadium.

Worked as part of a team to produce a newspaper which was made available in print, online and posted on all social media platforms.

Worked alongside producers in creating content and bringing forth ideas for a morning show called Good Things Utah.

Edited and wrote scripts for the show hosts and made sure everything was correct in Rundown Creator.
